Series EX260 Fieldbus is now available for PROFINET
This month sees a first for SMC with the addition of a PROFINET protocol model option to our
popular Series EX260 Fieldbus range. The first SMC Fieldbus to be available with PROFINET, this serial interface option has been developed following global industry requests and now joins the
EX260´s existing PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet, EtherCAT, CC-Link protocol unit range.
Series EX600 Fieldbus is now available for EtherCAT
This month sees the addition of an EtherCAT protocol model option to our popular Series EX600
Fieldbus range. Developed following requests from the electronics, medical and packaging industries, this new communications option now joins the EX600´s existing PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet,
EtherNET/IP, CC-Link protocol unit range.

Designers and developers of automated machines using complex control structures can now select
an excellent compact serial interface solution following the launch of our new Series EX180 for use with our ultra slim S0700 valve manifolds. Available in 16 and 32 output DeviceNetTM compliant
options and a 32 output CC-link compliant model these new serial transmission systems ensure safe and efficient maintenance thanks to the introduction of separate power connections to both the
valves and communication unit.
Improved EX600 Fieldbus - now offers even more performance options
Following the success of our EX600 serial interface unit, our R&D engineers have recently
added even more performance features including EtherNet/IP compatibility plus more input and output (I/O) modules. The EX600 can now be specified with analogue outputs thereby allowing a mixture of
both analogue I/O´s in the same module making it possible to send analogue control signals directly from the unit to ancillary devices such as our Series ITV (electro- pneumatic regulator). Further
improvements include the addition of both D-sub and spring terminal connector options which can accommodate up to 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs per module resulting in improved
operational flexibility, reduced manifold size and lower manifold costs.Suitable for use with our New SY3000/5000, SV1000/2000/3000, VQC1000/2000/4000, or S0700 solenoid valve ranges, the newly
improved EX600 Series is compatible with Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, CC-Link and EtherNet/IP protocols and compliant to IP40 to IP67 enclosure rating, depending on the selected manifold.
New serial interface unit brings compact, cost effective, communication benefits
Fieldbus users working with Profibus-DP, DeviceNet and EtherCAT compliant protocols can
now reduce their serial interface costs following the launch of our new, low cost, Series EX260 compact serial interface unit. Ideal for use in confined spaces, Series EX260, which is designed for
use with either 16 or 32 valve outputs, is almost 70% smaller than our popular EX250 range and over 60% smaller than our EX124/126 models. Easy to install, as the power connection, bus connector
and ground terminal cabling are available from the same side, further design features of the EX260 include the use of individual bus connectors (in/out) thereby allowing the possibility of a daisy
chain structure without the need to use extra T connectors. With built-in bus end resistors and individual valve and control bus connectors, the EX260 unit can be also located closer to the
actuators and by using M12 connectors for both bus and power signals the unit meet both IP65 and IP67 enclosure protection ratings. Designed for use with our SY, SV, VQC and S0700 solenoid valve
ranges, Series EX260 is Speedcon compatible, meets all the necessary protocol conformance testing, and is fully compliant to both CE and UL accreditations.
New soleniod valves for compact machine applications
Demands for smaller, high performance machine components have been answered with the launch of
our new compact 5 Port Solenoid range - Series S0700. Developed initially for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, but suitable for many general industrial machine applications, Series S0700
valves are exceptionally compact, with a body width of only 7mm. However, their high flow capacity performance is outstanding for valves of their size, with the ability to drive bore size cylinders
up to 25mm. Life tested to achieve in excess of 50 million cycles and with a power consumption of only 0,35 W, the valves can be used with either barb or one-touch fittings and their reduced pitch
still ensures compact dimensions of 7.5mm and 8.5mm respectively when mounted on either plug-in (stacking base), slim compact or plug lead (base bar) manifolds. Additionally these valves can also
be used in conjunction with a wide range of serial and parallel wiring options.
CANopen Serial Interface Unit for hard environments
Originally designed for motion oriented machine control networks such as handling systems, our
EX250 SCA1A CANopen Serial Interface Unit is a CAN based higher layer protocol developed as a standardised embedded network offering highly flexible configuration capabilities. The EX250
SCA1A is ideal for use in harsh environments including applications where high noise levels, extreme temperatures or shock or vibration can be a problem.
Designed for use with our popular VQC 1/2/3000 and SV 1/2/3/4000 valve manifolds, the EX250´s Serial Interface Unit is compatible with CANopen CiA DS-301V4.02 and CiA DS-401 and can accommodate 32
inputs and 32 outputs and operates at communication speeds of 10Kbps to 1Mbps. Further features include switchable NPN or PNP input and output blocks (EX250-IE#), IP67 enclosure protection and M12
connectors for both power supply and communications.
More drive and power options with our new output and power blocks
Designed for use with our EX126, EX250 and EX500 SI units and our popular VQC or SV valve
series, the EX9 is our new Output and Power Blocks for driving output devices and providing additional external power for devices requiring higher wattage. These units can be added to existing
valve manifolds to effectively use any idle points for uses other than switching manifold valves such as; process valves, lamps, relays buzzers, starter motors, etc. With either internal power
supply via the SI unit for low wattage loads, or integrated power supply with a separate power block (EX9-PE1) for higher wattage requirements, each block can accommodate two output points and as
both blocks use M12 type connectors, quick installation and superior enclosure protection is guaranteed.
Serial Transmission System with even more flexibility
The Serial Transmission System Series EX510 has now been expanded even further.
The new output unit with 16 output points allows a wider variety of equipment such as process valves (Series VX, VCW and VDW), relays, lights and buzzers to be connected to the EX510 system.
Also added to the series is an SI unit for plug-in type valve manifolds, this allows connection through a flat ribbon cable connector to even more of SMCs popular valve ranges. In addition,
series SJ, SZ, SY, SQ and VQ are now available pre-assembled and ready for use with the EX510 system.
Both of these units can placed up to 20 metres away from the gateway unit and follow the same decentralised gateway concept to allow reductions in system wiring and easy installation.
Industrial applications requiring a 2 port solenoid valve now have an enhanced option
following the release of our new, improved VX2 Valve Series. Developed as a part of our on-going product improvement programme, the new Series VX2, which is suitable for air, medium vacuum, water
or oil, now offers considerable performance advantages when compared to our previous VX21 solenoid valve model. With its modern urban white outer appearance, Series VX2 is around 10% smaller and
30% lighter compared to our old Series VX21 valve due in part to its resin and aluminium body construction, yet it still delivers around 20% increased flow rate performance. Incorporating a rubber
bumper to reduce valve noise during operation and featuring one touch fitting for speed of installation, Series VX2 offers improved durability and reduced apparent power up to
20VA.
With the launch of our new HRS050-A thermo-chiller plus further HRS range options we now have
some of the coolest temperature control solutions around.
Developed following industry requests for a compact, lightweight and robust chiller with increased cooling capacity, we have now launched a larger air cooled HRS050- A model, with 4700W cooling
performance. Offering the same performance features and accurate temperature stability as our existing HRS models we have taken this opportunity to add some further options and accessories which
can now be selected throughout the entire HRS thermo chiller range. The three new available options are: with an automatic water supply function (J option) to ensure that the chillers fluid level
remains constant, a copper free wetted part type (option M) for use with deionised water and high lift pump model for use in applications where piping resistance is high. Joining these options we
have also released some further HRS accessories - a bypass piping set (HRS-BP001) to ensure that the minimum flow of circulating fluid is maintained, plus a DI filter set (HRS-DP001) and a
replacement filter cartridge (HRS-DF001) to guarantee that the deionised water remains resistant to electrical charges.
This month see the launch of our improved compact diaphragm pump for use with water or
chemicals- Series PB. Developed as a part of our expanding process pump range, we have simply taken our existing Series PB and made it smaller and lighter, improved its performance and also
extended its operational service life. Available in three model options and with air operated or solenoid valve operated types, these palm sized, high performance pumps deliver flow rate
performance between 8 2000ml/minute. Suitable for use with a wide range of fluids, the air operated types are the perfect solution when working with flammable liquids. In summary our PB1011A
and PB 1013A models use body wetted polypropylene and stainless steel parts and our clean room option, PB1313A, uses a combination of PFA and PTFE wetted materials
Following the success of our high performance PAF fluororesin chemical pump range we have now
launched a new economy version which is still suitable for a host of applications - Series PAF-X68. Using the same basic design as our high performance pump range and offering similar operating
performance benefits, we have replaced both the resin tightening bolts and the ceramic air switching valve with stainless steel components. Whilst still compatible with many fluids, by simply
adopting these changes, Series PAF-X68 is cheaper than our current non-metallic models.
Our Series HRGC thermo cooler range now offers even more options:
Applications which require the circulation of temperature controlled cool water now have even
more options following the expansion of our impressive Series HRGC thermo cooler range. In addition to the commonly shared performance benefits of the previously released HRGC models including,
easy installation, operation and maintenance, +-0.5ºC/+-1.0ºC temperature stability and 0.9 to 4.8Kw cooling capacity, additional options now include a RS-232C communications function, a water
leakage sensor, a heater, an automatic water supply function with an internal switch inlet. Further options include stainless steel wetted parts for the circulation fluid, a high lift pump and a DI
control kit
Cool, compact, thermo-chiller delivers high performance temperature control
Industry requests for a small, lightweight, high performance thermo-chiller have
been answered with the launch of our new Series HRS Thermo-Chiller. Developed for use across a broad range of industry applications, this new
addition to our rapidly expanding thermo chiller range is ideal when
installation space and ventilation flow is restricted yet stable cooling performance is required. Weighing just 43 kilos, the HRS is designed to operate with circulating fluid temperatures between
5 40 ºC and its PID control ensures smooth temperature changes and excellent stability of ±0.1ºC.
Available in both air cooled, or water cooled options and three cooling
capacities up to 2.500W, Series HRS is compatible for use with all the common
single phase power supplies AC100V, AC100 -115V and AC200-230V.
Fully compliant to CE, UL and European RoHS standards, the Series HRS
thermo-chiller range is also environmentally friendly with its quiet 60dB (A)
operation and zero rated ozone layer depletion R407C refrigerant.
Industry requests for a competitively priced zero differential solenoid valve for
steam applications have now been answered with the launch of our new
Series VXS 2 port solenoid valve range. Developed with high performance in mind, this compact range of lightweight, solenoid valves have been designed to operate with no need for differential
pressure.
Considerably quieter than similar valves, thanks to their special construction
and full wave class H rectifier type AC solenoid valve, Series VXS also use a pilot type piston to operate the valve which provides excellent resistance. Further construction features include, the
use of moulded flame resistant materials for the coil (conforming to UL94V-0), special FKM material for both the valve and seal, which reduce internal leakage to 1.0cm3/min or less, and improved
life cycle and valve reliability. The new VXS valve series is also RoHS compliant and meets IP65 enclosure guidelines.
Not content in having one of the best selling compact Direct Operated 2/3 Port Solenoid Valves
for use with chemicals on the market, we have now extended and improved our LVM range with the launch of three new orifice diameter sizes models 1,1mm, 1,6mm and 2mm, and the introduction of power
saving circuit options. Designed originally for Life Science applications and specifically analytical equipment, our LVM rocker type valve now achieves a 0,01µl or less change in volume performance
depending on the open/closed status of the valve thereby reducing the problems of contamination and overall reagent consumption. With its PEEK (polyether etherketone) body and plate construction
and the choice of either EDPM, FKM or Kalrez® diaphragm and O-ring material options, our LVM range offers outstanding chemical resistance.
Developed initially for use in wet etching, industrial plating and chemical metal polishing
equipment, our new and extremely compact, Series HED Chemical Thermocon ensures precise temperature control in either acidic or alkali chemical liquid applications. Designed to either cool or heat
a circulating fluid, this range of Peltier type heat exchangers directly control the temperature of the chemical fluid, at pressures up to 0.35MPa, and achieve a temperature control accuracy of ±
0.1ºC thanks to its Peltier element. Using a number of PFA moulded parts to help reduce metallic ion contamination, the Series HED is up to 50% smaller than comparable thermocons on the market and
also is considerably lighter, from 6 15kgs, depending on the selected model. Available in a wide range of power supply voltages; 180 to 242VAC, 50/60Hz, this new compact heat exchanger range
offers cooling capacities of 300W, 500W and 750W and heating capacities of 600W, 1000W and 1800W depending on the selected model. Series HED is environmentally friendly and is fully compliant to
RoHS, CE, UL and eti accreditations.
Product development brings energy saving 2 port valve rewards
Industrial applications requiring precise fluid control now have an energy saving option
following the launch of our new generation of zero differential pressure; pilot and direct operated 2 port solenoid valves - Series VXE. Developed as part of our Energy Saving Programme, these new
solenoid valves are based on our popular Series VX valves, but with the addition of some unique power saving features. Using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), an in-built power saving circuit, ensures
equivalent valve performance whilst using 30% less power consumption - when holding- compared to our standard VX range. Further benefits of this reduced power consumption are a dramatic reduction
in coil heat - up to 50% - and reduced CO2 emissions. Fully inter-changeable with the Series VX ranges, existing VX users can also replace their valves coil with this new power saving
version. Suitable for use with water, air and oil, Series VXE, is currently available in both single unit and manifold options, in a comprehensive range of sizes, and in both 12 and 24 volt direct
current models.
If your machine requires accurate temperature control our new Series HEC, thermo con is the
perfect answer. Developed initially for the semiconductor industry, Series HEC is a range of Peltier type chillers which are ideal for ensuring the constant temperature of circulating fluids.
Currently available in either an air cooled non refrigerant type - or water cooled options; Series HEC provides accurate temperature control of +-0.01 to +-0.03ºC. Available in a wide range
of power supply voltages; 100 to 240VAC, 50/60Hz for air cooled models and 200 to 220VAC, 50/60 Hz for water cooled or Galden®HT 135, FluorinertFC-3283 options, this new compact chiller
range offers outstanding cooling capacity performance of between 230 and 1200W depending on the selected model. Further benefits of the HEC´s Peltier device is that both noise and vibrations are
kept to an absolute minimum. Series HEC is both CE and IEC 60601-1 Medical Equipment Safety compliant and the air cooled models are perfect for controlling temperatures in locations where there are
no water facilities.

reduced power consumption
Applications requiring both smooth and accurate flow rates now have the solution with our new
Series PVQ Proportional Solenoid Valve. Designed for a wide range of applications including vacuum 0.1Pa.abs - the PVQ valve accurately adjusts the flow rate smoothly and precisely by
controlling the electrical input current externally and with its special coated internal moving parts the operational service life has been extended to over 25 million cycles and the noise emitted
during the valve opening and closing has been reduced to a minimum. With enhanced performance including repeatability lower than 3%, hysteresis lower than 10%, reduced leakage and automatic valve
closure when the power supply is turned off, the valve is available with brass or stainless steel body parts and FKM seal material.
Our new Series IP8101 rotary type Positioner answers process industry requests for a smart
positioner with both remote control and monitoring capabilities. Designed to provide both remote control monitoring and automatic calibration, the Series IP8101 can be simply set with any zero/span
adjustment being automatically made at the touch of a button and without the need for a specialist operator. When combined with a HART Serial Interface protocol both remote control and monitoring
are possible and with its monitor output including software alarm, the opening and closing of an actuator can be checked without the need for visual on-site confirmation. Series IP8101 smart
positioner is also available in an intrinsically safe explosion protection type model Ⅱ1GD EExiaⅡCT4- and the complete range is fully interchangeable with our existing
IP8100 mounting options.
The PAF5000 process pump is completely non-metallic and a large flow type of the PAF3000.
Designed for initially for the semiconductor and LCD industries, our new PAF5000 process pump
is basically a larger version of our popular compact PAF3000 fluororesin diaphragm pump. With high flow rate performance of between 5 and 45 l/min, dependant on the selected model, the PAF5000 is
made entirely of resin and fluororesin and does not use any external and internal metallic parts in its construction. To ensure perfect compatibility when using high purity chemicals, all wetted
parts are made from either new PFA or PTFE, providing premium chemical and temperature characteristics. Additionally, some of the internal materials have a dual PFA-PPS construction which further
improves both the pumps proof pressure and heat cycle performance.

Designed primarily for the semiconductor and LCD industries, our new PAF3000 fluororesin
diaphragm pump is constructed with non metallic body parts, to ensure perfect compatibility when using high purity chemicals. All wetted parts are made from either new PFA or PTFE, providing
premium chemical and temperature characteristics. Additional internal materials include PFA-PPS dual construction which further improves both the pumps proof pressure and heat cycle performance.
Available in two options, automatically operated or air operated types, the PAF3000 offers a lightweight, compact, high flow rate solution to meet even the most demanding of needs. Additional
options include both optical leak detectors and mounted stroke sensors.
When we were recently asked to develop a small CE accredited, direct operating 2/3 port
solenoid valve for use with various chemicals in Life Science applications, Series LVM was our emphatic reply.
At only 13mm wide, the new LVM range with its low power consumption (only 1.5W) is both smaller and lighter (30-34gms) than other valves offering similar performance. Available with different resin
type body materials, PEEK, EPDM and FPM, which can be selected dependant on the chemical used in the application, early indications have already confirmed the valve´s operational life exceeding 10
million cycles. Key internal features include the reduction of the dead space and the creation of smooth flow passages thereby reducing reagent waste and troublesome bubble formation. Further
design benefits include the reduction of the valve´s contact surfaces, which reduces the possibility of heat generated by the coil exchanging with the fluids which can lead to poor accuracy,
particularly when used in analysis applications.
Miniature electric actuator offers massive benefits
As the trend to use smaller workpieces in manufacturing continues to grow, we are pleased to
announce the introduction of our Series LEP Miniature Electric Actuator. Small enough to fit in the palm of a hand, the miniature rod LEPY and miniature slide table LEPS come with selectable high
pushing force and/or compact & lightweight motor type options. Both products offer an ideal space saving solution by placing the motor in the axial direction and, therefore, reducing the width to
20.5mm and 21mm respectively. Extremely versatile and user friendly, the LEP series can be adapted for any application with up to 64 positioning points and positioning repeatability of ±0.05mm as
standard. Thanks to a manual override screw, they are easy to control as adjustments are possible with the power OFF, resulting in labour savings.
Slide into action with the latest addition to our electric actuator range
In response to customers who are seeking more low profile and low centre gravity products,
with a simple structure that are economical to buy and operate, SMC is pleased to unveil its new LEL Low Profile Electric Actuator, Guide Rod Slider. Designed to be compact and function in areas
where height and space is limited, the LEL series achieves more than a 50% reduction in height by side mounting the motor and using a guide rod. Suitable for all handling applications, the guided
rod electric actuator can manage applications up to 3kg in weight and the slide bearing guide generates reduced noise levels at 60dB(A) and a top operating speed of 500mm/s. The Ball bushing
bearing model is suitable for moment loads and ideal for high speed transport operation with a top speed of 1000mm/s. Both enjoy positioning repeatability of ±0.1mm and up to 64 positioning points
as standard. In addition, they have the design function to mount auto-switches, allowing easy access to check the limit and intermediate signals.
New AC Servo Motor Driver brings improved transfer load and velocity performance
Applications using electric actuators for transfer and assembly can now enjoy increased
productivity, with reduced cycle times and improved production quality and safety, following the launch of our new pulse type AC Servo Motor Driver Series LECS. Available with incremental
(LECSA) or absolute (LECSB) type encoders, both models share many of the same performance features and functions including, auto gain tuning with an auto resonant filter function and an auto
damping control function to help control low frequency vibrations of a machine (up to 100Hz). However, the absolute option (LECSB) has been designed with an integral battery to ensure that the
cycle time is not interrupted in the event of a voltage drop or complete power failure.
Series LECS is suitable for use with our LEY, LEF, LJ1, LG1 and LTF electric actuator ranges.
If you need an electric guide rod actuator with a lower profile, why not check out our new
Series LEYG#D. By placing the motor at the end of the cylinder we have effectively reduced the overall height by 46% when compared to our similar LEYG guide rod range. These actuators are ideal
for transfer and assembly applications and can operate up to speeds of 500 mm/s, with positional repeatability position of ±0.02mm and with a thrust up to 707N depending on the selected model.
Programmable up to 64 points, with maximum acceleration and deceleration of 3000 mm/s², the position, speed and force can be adapted for the needs of almost any application. These actuators are
fully compatible with our LECP6 and LECA6 step data input and LECP1 program-less controller types
New programless controller delivers fast operational performance
Following the success of our easy to set LE electric actuator ranges, we are
pleased to release our new programless controller Series LECP1. Developed for use with our rapidly expanding LE actuator range, this new controller comes with pre-set parameters, thereby
completely eliminating the need for programming resulting in simplified and reduced actuator setup time. And, with actuator speed, acceleration and positioning being set using a trimmer switch on
the LECP1´s control panel, the need to be connected to a pc or teaching box is no longer required. With 16 speed and acceleration settings, 14 positioning points and 3 holding and pushing force
options, the LECP1 controller is suitable for use with our electric LE gripper, slide table, rod, and slider type ranges, plus our new LER rotary tables.
New, easy setting, rotary table joins our expanding LE electric actuator range
Following the success of our easy setting LE electric actuator range, we are
pleased to unveil our latest addition - a compact, high performance, electric rotary actuator with position, speed, acceleration/deceleration control Series LER.
Suitable for all handling applications, with smooth, shock-less, high speed actuation up to 420º/s and acceleration up to 3000º/s2, Series LER actuators are delivered with their own controller with
pre-set actuator parameters, reducing both installation and programming time. With up to 64 positioning points, a 320º positioning angle and positioning repeatability of ±0.05º as standard, the
LER models are available in both standard and high precision types, with a maximum rotating torque of 10N.m.
New round bodied air cylinder brings space saving benefits
Welcome to our new compact, round bodied, space saving, air cylinder - Series CG3. Based on
our popular CG1 cylinder range, this double acting, single rod series is up to 37mm shorter in overall length than comparable compact models due to its integrated head cover and tube. And if space
is still a problem, CG3´s can be ordered with a female rod end as a standard option, thereby reducing the cylinder length by a further 14mm (depending on the selected model). This reduction in
size, coupled with a newly designed cylinder body, also makes the CG3 considerably lighter up to 24% - than a comparable CG1 cylinder models. Available in bore sizes 20mm to 100mm, these
cylinders, with the exception of the two larger bores sizes (80mm and 100mm) can also be mounted with our D-M9*W, dual colour, solid state autoswitches.
A lighter, smaller, clean profiled air cylinder is now
Requests for a compact, lightweight, clean profiled air cylinder for use in general automation
applications have been answered with the launch of our new Series CM3 range. Developed from our popular Series CM2 models, our R&D engineers have made the CM3 cylinders up to 66mm shorter and 21%
lighter, without any reduction in operational performance, when compared to our CM2 range. Available in 20, 25, 32 and 40mm bore sizes, with pivoting single clevis, trunnion mounting and female
thread end options as standard, the new CM3 range, which uses shock resistant tubing, offer the perfect solution when used with our small, dual colour D-M9*W autoswitches.
Powerful slider type actuator increases our easy to use LE electric actuator range
Customer requests for a bigger, simple to use, electric actuator for load tranfers up to 60
kgs have been answered with the launch our new slider type Series LEFS40. Joining our existing LEF models, the new S40 option which uses a ball screw drive construction, is available in stroke
lengths between 200 -1000mm and can transfer horizontal loads of 50kgs or 60kgs at speeds of 20-500mm and 10-250mm respectively. Compact in design and easy to set, mount and operate, with up to 64
programmable positional points, these powerful electric actuators also feature a drop prevention function to ensure safe workpiece handling in the event of power supply failure.
New space saving electric slide table for general machinery applications
Machine builders using electric slide tables for positioning, aligning, transporting and pick
and place applications now have a space saving option following the launch our new Series LESHD. Developed for general industry use, these slide tables are around 45% narrower than previous

designed with a sealed dust cover to eliminate dust, grease spatters or machine cutting particles from entering the internal parts of the gripper. Depending on your application, the dust cover can
be selected from a choice of materials including chloroprene rubber, fluororubber or silicon rubber and as the cover has been designed without any protrusions the gripper will not interfere with

Compact ISO Cylinder now available in larger bore sizes
Following the success of our popular ISO 21287 compliant Series C55 compact
cylinder we are pleased to announce the release of two bigger 80mm and 100mm bore size options. Ideal for general automation applications, the C55 range is available with stoke lengths from 5mm up
to 150mm and with rubber bumper, piston wear rings and rod bushing as standard they are the perfect double acting, single rod cylinder when high load performance is required. With auto switch
mounting options on all four sides, these cylinders provide a flexible solution to meet even the most demanding machine designs.
Designed to help complete SMC´s comprehensive rotary actuator ranges, the
unique shaft type, Series CRQ2X, and the table type, Series MSQX share many
of the same features as SMC´s popular CRQ2 and MSQ rotary actuator ranges.
However with the addition of special constructional elements such as special
surface treatment, slow speed grease and rubber cushion removal, these

CXSJ-XB6 has been designed for use in high temperatures (-10 to +150ºC) thanks to its special seal material and internal grease. CXSJ-XB13 is our low cylinder speed option which provides no stick-

Improved Pin Cylinders providing greater space saving options
Machine builders looking for a double acting pin cylinder for clamping, pushing or stopping
applications now have a solution with our new Series CJP2 Pin Cylinder range. With its four bore size options, including a tiny, but powerful, 4mm bore size model, all feature extruded aluminium

Series LJ1, is a range of single axis, electric cylinders for work loads of up to 60 kg´s that can operate at speeds of up to 1000 mm/s. With their unique aluminium hollow box type construction,
providing very high rigidity, the range consists of three AC servomotors models - 50,100 and 200W both direct acting guide and slider guide types and with three lead screw options.
Available in stroke lengths of 100 mm to 1,500 mm and in two mounting styles, cable entry is possible from five positions ensuring even greater flexibility.
More magnetically coupled rodless options for machine manufacturers
Following the early success of our CY3 magnetically coupled rodless cylinder range, machine
manufacturers using transfer applications in combination with various types of guides now have even more bore size choices with the launch of our newly expanded CY3 B/R range. As before, each
cylinder is available in two options, the CY3B basic type and the CY3R for direct mounting and all have added features including a 70% enlarged wear ring to improve the bearing function and a
special soft resin wiper on the dust seal to achieve ideal lubrication. Series CY3 is now available in bore sizes of 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63 mm with stroke options of between 50 and
1.000mm.
Machine builders looking for a simple electric cylinder that can operate like a
pneumatic cylinder, now have the answer with our new Series LZ. Available in two body types, with lead screw and motors size options, the twelve model LZ Series cylinder range are all powered by
24VDC motors which provide both stable and efficient end to end performance. Designed for use with a LC3F Directional Control Driver that can be operated just like a solenoid valve, using simple
on/off signals, operational speeds of up to 200mm/s and thrusts up to 196N are possible. Additional performance features of the LC3F unit are that output thrust can be easily altered by simply
adjusting its fully integrated trimmer switch.
Following requests for a compact clean room cylinder with more force, we are pleased to add
two further bore size options 80 and 100 mm - to our popular Clean Series CQ2, range. With this development it means that we can now offer a comprehensive selection of bore size options
starting from 12 mm through to the largest 100 mm cylinder. With piston operating speeds from 50 to 400 mm/s, depending on the model selected, these double acting, single rod cylinders are ideal if
youre looking for a compact clean room solution.
Calls for an easy to use, CE approved, positioning unit have risen dramatically with many
applications today using electric actuation. We are therefore pleased to unveil our new Series LC8 positioning driver, for use with 50, 100 or 200W AC servomotors.
Designed initially to partner our LG1, LJ1 or LTF electric actuator ranges and originally for point to point applications, when positioning a single axis actuator, further developments have now
meant that up to six additional slave units can be used, positioning further axis, which are controlled via a PLC through the LC8 master unit. Using up to 117 programmable position steps,
parameters such as velocity, acceleration, deceleration and torque can be quickly set using the user friendly Windows® based LC8 setting software. Additionally, up to 5 different types
of palletising patterns can be configured for 2-axis pick and place applications.
New air amplifiers offer improved performance benefits
Machine builders and operators using compressed air for cleaning, drying, cooling,
transfer or fume extraction applications, can now improve their machine performance
following the launch of our new Air Amplifier range Series ZH-X185. Developed with both operational performance and economy in mind, these easy to install and operate these air amplifiers,
which use the Coanda effect, can reduce both consumption and energy costs when air blow or suction is required. By adding air amplifiers to an air blow/suction application, compressed air saving of
up to 70% can be achieved and without the need of an electrical power supply, substantially reduced energy costs are also ensured.
New vacuum unit offers improved transfer application performance
Requests for a vacuum unit with fast workpiece absorption and improved transfer application
performance have now been answered with the launch of our new compact vacuum ejector and pump unit - Series ZB. Developed initially for wafer and chip transfer applications, Series ZB is around 25%
smaller than our alternative vacuum units and it´s also considerably lighter at only 46g for a single unit without sensor. Thanks to these reductions in size and weight, the ZB unit can now
be mounted directly onto a machine´s moving component and as close as possible to the transfer workpiece - dramatically improving the vacuum absorption performance. Series ZB has also been
constructed with separate vacuum and pressure paths which effectively reduce the chance of dust collecting in the filter element being discharged into the surrounding atmposphere via the units
exhaust. Additional ZB features and options include a supply valve with latching specifications, a digital vacuum switch, with copy function, where up to 10 switches can be set simultaneously
thereby saving installation time and potentially annoying individual input setting mistakes and the use of simple one-touch-fittings to connect a suction filter and silencer.
New resin air suction filter offering improved performance features
Replacing our FGZ range, we are pleased to announce our latest compact, resin air suction
filter - Series ZFZ. Designed for use with air at temperatures between 0 60ºC (without freezing) and operating pressures from -100Kpa to 500Kpa, this improved air suction filter is only
22.6mm in length with a cross section of only 12.5mm. Available in a wide range of nominal filtration options from 5µm to 70 µm, this new filter offers improved alcohol resistance, reduced pressure
losses (compared to our previous model) and user friendly installation, and maintenance, including simple filter element replacement.
New featherweight compact vacuum ejector delivers a heavyweight performance.
Semiconductor industry requests for a small, lightweight, high performance,
vacuum ejector have been answered with the launch of our new Series ZQ range. At only 10mm wide and weighing between 95 - 109grs, thanks to its resin body construction, the Series ZQ vacuum ejector
range - which is available with nozzle sizes of 0.5, 0.7 and 1.0mm can incorporate a combined vacuum generator and filter unit with a digital pressure switch and LED display, plus solenoid
valves all in one extremely compact unit. Fully CE compliant, the ZQ range is also both easy to install and maintain thanks to the use of our one touch fittings. Suitable for operation with
pressure ranges of between 0.3 0.5 MPa and temperature of 5 50ºC, this Series really does punch above it´s bodyweight to deliver a knockout blow !
An even smaller air suction filter with one-touch fittings!
Machine builders requiring even smaller air suction filters for use in their vacuum circuits
now have the answer with our latest addition to the ZFC series; ZFC05. Weighing only 4.3 grams, this compact in-line type air suction filter is only 58 mm in length and has an outside diameter of
10.5 mm. The low internal volume results in quick responsiveness which makes it perfect for use in applications picking and placing small components. In addition the one-touch fittings make for
easy installation and simple tube removal and the cartridge type design allows for hassle free element replacement. Applicable tubing sizes include 2 mm, 3.2 mm, 4 mm.
Updated and improved membrane air dryers bring improved performance and reduced energy
consumption.
This month see the launch of our newly updated and improved Series IDG30A/50A membrane air
dryers. Designed with both lower energy consumption and noise reduction in mind, these new air dryers are estimated to consume up to 38% less power than our existing models thanks to their
substantially reduced air purge. Series IDG30A/50A will therefore effectively replace our existing IDG 30/40 models however; as both the size and piping connections remain the same, total
interchange ability is ensured.
Available as single units or in various combinations, these RoHS compliant dryers, which are compatible with -15ºC, -20ºC, -40ºC dew points, really do offer improved performance and lower running
costs.
Compact thermo dryer delivers outstanding temperature control
Industry applications requiring stable compressed air temperature control now have the answer
with our new compact Series IDH air dryer unit with integrated heater, regulator, dryer and filter. Developed for an extensive range of industry applications, our Series IDH air dryer can deliver a
constant volume of compressed air at the correct temperature, dew point, pressure and cleanliness regardless of external conditions or seasonal climatic conditions. Offering temperature stability
of +/-0.1ºC, with a setting range of 15 to 30ºC and a dryer controlled pressure dew point of 10ºC, Series IDH can be set with an outlet air pressure of between 0.15 to 0.85 Mpa using its in-built
highly accurate Series AR regulator. Ideal for applications where lack of available dryer space is an issue, Series IDH can be installed close to a wall or panel and is around 70% smaller than
similar performance dryers in our current range.
For customers wishing to mount additional non-modular products such as 2 port valves or
regulators to our modular FRL units we are pleased to announce the release of our Series E210/310/410 Modular Adaptor. This adaptor can be easily fitted, in various mounting directions, thereby
ensuring both space and time saving benefits.
New Ionizer options extend static elimination range
Following the growing success of our bar type Ionizer Series IZS31, we are pleased to unveil
two new options. If lack of space is an issue you can now accurately control the ion balance by ordering our new IZS31 with a body mounted, high precision, autobalance sensor. And, if reduced
needle contamination and improved cleanability are at the top of your list then simply look no further than our new low maintenance electrode cartridge model with its air sheath construction and
high efficiency nozzle design.
Modular solution provides the perfect clean air system
Suitable for applications including air-blow, Ionizer, absorption and transfer and static
pressure gas bearing, the Series LLB Clean Air Module is available in 23 various options which can combine a Digital Flow Switch, a Regulator, a Regulator and Pressure outlet port, an ON/OFF Valve,
Restrictor and Filter. With a nominal filtration rating of 0.01mm, the LLB is grease-free - for fluid contact space - and its clean-room assembly and double-packaging meet Clean class 10
accreditation. Designed for use with clean air or N2 gas, the LLB is available in flow range options of: 5 to 100 l/min(ANR) or 100 to 500 l/min(ANR).

Compact ionizer range extends static removal options.
Eliminate static electricity in your machinery using our new Series IZN10 compact, CE and RoSH
approved ionizer range. At only 16 mm thick, Series IZN 10 is one of the smallest ionizers on the market thanks to its in-built, low voltage, power supply. Available in two options the ionizer can
be selected with either a long or short range nozzle making them ideal for numerous applications. The long range, high flow rate option uses compressed air to boost its ionised air performance
which achieves an ionised air balance to ±15V making it ideal for static elimination or dust removal at distances up to 500mm. Alternately, the short range, energy saving option, achieves an ion
balance of ±10V, using less air consumption, making it perfect for the fast elimination of static when working with individual spot type applications. Further features include a maintenance
warning indicator which registeres reduced ionizer performance plus two energy saving inputs which turn the ionizer off when either an air pressure drop is detected or simply when all the static
has been removed. Available with a comprehensive range of mounting options, this cassette type ionizer offers outstanding performance.
Precise pressure control and pressure adjustment can be critical factors when working with
either pressure fed fluids, air pilot regulator supply or during test and inspection applications. We are therefore extremely pleased to unveil our latest, improved, range of direct operated
precision regulators, Series ARP 20/30/40. This series now offers several key benefits over previous SMC regulator models including a decrease in air consumption by up to 80% less than 1
ℓ/min (ANR) at 0,4 MPa and more precise pressure adjustment repeatability is within ±1% and sensitivity is now within 0,2% of Full Scale. Further advantages of this new modular
(can be mounted on our standard AC units) regulator range include digital pressure gauges fitted as standard and the option of reverse flow functionality
Banish moisture in compressed air with new refrigerated air dryer range
Tests have revealed that, in certain atmospheric conditions, the moisture contained in
compressed air generated by a 75 kW compressor after a single days operation could be equivalent to 113 litres of water - or around 150 wine bottles full of liquid. Obviously any compressed air
system containing this volume of air moisture will suffer from dramatically reduced valve and air cylinder performance.
Our newly extended range of Refrigerated Air Dryers Series IDFA 55E/75E when tested in conditions specified in ISO7183 can now, thanks to their highly efficient, corrosion resistant,
stainless steel heat exchangers, eliminate moisture from the inlet air down to an impressive ISO 8573-1 class 4 outlet air quality with a 3ºC dew point.
Designed specifically for use in Europe, the 10 model, CE accredited, range offers flow rate sized options of between 12 to 660 m3/h (ANR) and each use ozone friendly Montreal protocol compliant
refrigerants - R134a and R407c and operate with a 230 VAC (50Hz) voltage power supply
Problems with the natural build up of static electricity can now be a thing of the past thanks
to our new handheld, lightweight, electrostatic sensor, Series IZH10. Designed to check the electrostatic potential of an object, the IZH10 can provide an immediate and very accurate reading via
its compact sensor and separate display unit. Powered by two standard AA batteries, the sensor and display can operate for over 15 hours on continuous mode before its low battery warning light
confirms that replacement batteries are required. Further functions of the IZH10 include an automatic battery saver which effectively turns the sensor off after 5 minutes of non-operation, a back
light display to ensure that readings can be seen even in the darkest of locations, the option to adjust the sensor display to zero and the ability of the display to indicate and store both maximum
and minimum potential readings.
Designed for clean air environments, our new Series SFD filter range provides filtration
efficiency of 99.9% accuracy thanks to its built-in hollow fibre membrane with a nominal filtration rate of 0.01um. Available in both disposable and cartridge types and with either plastic or metal
case options, the filter can effectively operate with flow rates of between 60 to 500 l/min ranges. The cartridge options can be quickly disassembled allowing simple replacement of the hollow fibre
filter element and the standard clear resin case, which is resistant to alcohol based cleaning fluids, provides fast visual detection of the filter´s status. Manufactured and quality checked in
clean room conditions, the SFD is available in either aluminium or stainless steel for use in atmospheres exposed to organic solvents or chemicals.
During some manufacturing processes even small amounts of static generation can destroy or
damage sensitive electronic components. To overcome this problem we have developed our new Series IZS31 - a bar type ionizer which uses the corona discharge method to eliminate static. Available in
three ion emission modes; sensing DC, continuous DC or pulsing DC, which can be adjusted from 1 Hz to 60 Hz dependent on the required speed of operation, its smooth profile and aerodynamic cross
section, ensure that flow disturbance and particle generation is kept to a minimum, making the IZS31 ideal for use in clean room environments. Available in nine standard bar lengths between 300 mm
and 2300 mm, three types of needles can be selected from general purpose tungsten, specialist silicon for use in metal sensitive environments and cost effective standard stainless steel for
applications requiring less accuracy.
Banish moisture in compressed air with new refrigerated air dryer range
Tests carried out by SMC, have indicated that in certain atmospheric conditions the moisture
contained in compressed air from a 75 kW compressor after one days operation could be equivalent to 113 litres of water, this is enough to fill around 150 wine bottles. Obviously any compressed
air system containing this volume of air moisture will suffer from dramatically reduced valve and air cylinder performance.
Our new range of Refrigerated Air Dryers Series IDFA reduces the moisture in compressed air and is designed specifically for the European market, with both CE accreditation and 230
VAC (50Hz) voltage requirements. Water vapour is removed through a highly efficient stainless steel heat exchanger that offers improved corrosion resistant and a low pressure drop. In addition
there are eight flow rate sized options 12 to 273 m3/h (ANR) at a 3ºC pressure point as per ISO8573-1.
When it comes to accurately setting, timing and recognising machinery performance, digital has
now been accepted as the way forward.
SMC has recognised this fact and now our extensive range of popular regulators (Series AR), filter regulators (Series AW), mist separator regulators (Series AWM), micro mist separator regulators
(Series AWD), compact manifold regulators (Series ARM10/11) and filter regulator combination ranges (Series AC) can now be ordered with factory fitted digital pressure switches.

We are pleased to unveil a new advanced flexible, heat and chemical resistant tubing that is
chemically compatible with a wide range of fluids and can resist temperatures up to 260°C. The TLM features improved PFA material, which allows use in applications requiring chemical resistance
and can withstand fluids that need to be conducted at very high temperatures. It also comes in four different colours red, black, blue and translucent so customers can set
differently coloured tubes in a visual way to help ease the maintenance and calibration works process, which is required periodically. What is more, we have extended the size and length variations
so customers can select exactly what they need in 13 metric and 9 inch options. It can also be ordered in seven different lengths from 2 metres straight up to 100 metre rolls. Developed to be
combined with our extensive specific Fittings Series, the addition of the TLM tube provides customers with a complete solution for their piping equipment needs in one single step.
New fluoropolymer hyper fittings dramatically expand our Series LQ1 range
Following the success of our LQ1 fluoropolymer fittings, we have dramatically expanded the
range with the launch of a further 675 model options. Available in various shapes and sizes, these new models now increase the Series LQ1 from 488 to 1.163 product variations. Developed
specifically for use with harsh chemicals including acids, alkali and deionised water, these new models are shorter in length than the previous LQ1 options and use different diameter connections
thereby reducing the required installation space and potential installation time. However all the LQ1 models share the same performance features including; quadruple sealing construction, excellent
flow through characteristics and the same, easy to tighten, locking mechanism.To complement the LQ1 range, we have also developed a new fluoropolymer fitting, where the tube runs through the
fitting itself, which enable bore through connections when you need to penetrate through a panel or wall - Series LQHB.
As a part of our component miniaturisation programme, we have taken our popular Series AN
resin silencer range and made them even smaller and quieter. Now available as Series AN05-40, this new range of resin silencers are up to 30% shorter and 25% smaller in diameter than the equivalent
AN product. Besides, noise performance has been substantially reduced from 25 dB(A) to 30 dB(A). Suitable for general exhaust port applications, Series AN05-40 are easy to connect, with a wide
range of available connection methods and they offer the same basic specifications and features as the AN silencer range such like-for-like conductance levels and RoHS compliance.
Series AS###2F - Improved Flow Controller with one-touch fittings:
Building on the success of our popular flow controller with one-touch fittings, we are pleased
to launch our newly improved Series AS-F. Developed to offer improved mounting flexibility, this new flow controller is now 30% lighter and up to 27% more compact when mounted together - manifold
style - using its preformed body mounting holes. And when multiple controllers are required, the directional flow can be easily indentified by simply attaching a label to the controllers
index plate. Currently available in four mounting variations, this improved controller offers further design features including a tool operated hexagon lock nut to ensure maximum controller setting
security.
Soft multi-purpose fluoropolymer tubing with extra flexibility
Machine builders requiring extra flexible, heat and chemical resistant tubing now have the
answer with our new Series TD/TID tubing range. Developed specifically for use in restricted space applications, this soft multi-purpose fluoropolymer tubing achieves a 20% increase in flexibility
when compared to our existing TL/TH tubing. Available in both metric and inch sizes of between 4 -12 mm and 1/8 1/2 respectively, the tubing is made from denatured PTFE
fluorine-based resin which provides high chemical and heat resistance up to + 260ºC. With Food Sanitation Approval (FDA), TD/TID is the perfect solution in Food and Packaging, Life Science,
Semiconductor and Automotive industry applications.
Machine builders and end users requiring stainless steel speed controllers for adjusting the
speed of air cylinders in corrosive environments now have a new durable solution from SMC Series ASG!
With their all stainless steel 316 and special FKM external construction, these fittings provide very high levels of corrosion resistance and also feature one-touch fitting for easy tube connection
and maintenance.

Machine builders requiring high temperature or corrosion resistant grease free insert fittings
for applications involving air, water or steam now have the hottest solution around our new Series KFG!
Designed to operate with ambient operating fluid temperatures from - 5º to 150ºC, and at operating pressures of between -100 kPa to 1MPa, their stainless steel 316 construction and unique non-
rubber seal insert connection, provide very high levels of corrosion resistance.
Currently available in half, straight, elbow union and both branch tee and tee
union options, these fittings can be used with numerous piping materials including FEP, PFA , soft and regular nylon, polyurethane and polyolefin and can accommodate tube sizes from 4mm to 12mm
with port sized thread connections from R 1/8 to R 1/2.
One of the challenges often faced by machine builders is identifying the various piping in
complicated pneumatic circuits. However this should now be a problem of the past following the launch of 21 additional polyurethane tube colours to the existing eight colour flexible, kink
resistant, TU piping range. Designed for use as general tubing to supply compressed air to pneumatic products, the extended TU range also now includes a 16mm O.D. tube to satisfy the large air flow
requirements of our big bore cylinders such as our C95 and CS1.
Following an extensive review of our popular Solid State IS1000 pressure switch, our R&D
engineers have totally redesigned the product and have added even more performance improvements. Its replacement reed type pressure switch, our new Series IS10, is now around 11% shorter and 16%
lighter than the previous model. As the pressure switch can be connected directly to modular F.R.L. units improved handling and mounting is ensured and with easier setting and a clearer visual
display, operational performance is enhanced. Suitable for use with pressure ranges from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa, depending on your selected model, the new Series IS10 offers a service life of five million
cycles and is both RoHS and CE compliant.
Following the success of our popular dual colour display ISE Digital Pressure Switch Series,
we are pleased to announce the launch of our new ISE70/75(H) range extension. Ideal for controlling air and general fluids, at pressures between 1MPa and 15MPa depending on the selected model, this
new addition offers two NPN/PNP open collector outputs plus a cut to zero display function for easy visual monitoring.
ISE40A2-Colour Display High Precision Digital Pressure SwitchThe
Based on our successful ZSE/ISE 40 Series, our new high precision digital pressure switch,
Series ZSE40 A(F) / ISE40A, with dual colour display, offers even more high performance features. Now available with either NPN or PNP dual open collector outputs, or with the addition of an
additional analogue output (voltage or current), the sensors improved copy function also allows you to simultaneously set up to 10 slave monitors whilst setting the master. With a simple to follow
three step setting process and the addition of a password setting function, potential errors, lengthy setting time and unwanted manipulation are kept to an absolute minimum. Further features of the
CE, UL/CSA and RoHS compliant ZSE40 A(F) / ISE40A include a power saving function, which reduces energy consumption by up to 20%, various piping options and direct or panel mounting
capabilities.
Series PFMV5: Flow Sensor / Series PFMV3: Voltage Monitor for PFMV5
Developed initially for applications requiring extremely accurate small work piece detection
for the semiconductor market, the PFMV Flow Sensor can detect the presence of a work piece by simply checking for any flow rate changes. With a response speed of 5ms or less, this suction
technology can also be successfully used to detect blockages in applications using nozzles or leakage in moulding applications which often result in minute pin holes and ultimate component
rejection.
Further features of PFMV are its extremely compact size making it ideal for when space is an issue, its facility to be mounted together (similar to a manifold arrangement), its low flow rate, and
its abilities to determine a vacuum break and to be used with either a digital or analogue display including auto-shift inputs.
To compliment and extend the existing SMC Digital Pressure Switch ranges, we are pleased to
unveil our new Series ZSE/ISE 80 which has been specifically designed for use with a wide range of fluids thanks to its improved, corrosions resistant stainless steel, wetted part construction.
Pressure ranges can easily be monitored via its dual colour display either in Vacuum (-0.1 to 0 MPa), Compound (-0.1 to +0.1MPa) or Positive (-0.1 kPa to +1 MPa, -0.1 kPa to +2 MPa) regimes,
dependant on its application, and with the option of an analogue current output, this new switch makes remote location mounting a perfect selection.
Series PFM3:Flow Sensor Monitor / Series PFM5: 2-Colour Display Digital Flow Switch
Many customers will already know our popular Series PFM7 combined Digital, dual colour, flow
switch and sensor but thanks to our R&D engineers these are now available as separate units Series PFM3 monitor and Series PFM5 sensor. Obviously the main advantage of this development is
that the monitor can now be fixed in another location away from the sensor unit and possibly centralised with other monitoring units. Further benefits of this separation are realised in huge space
and weight savings when compared to the previously combined units and with easy wiring connection, fast response speeds are ensured. Suitable for use with Dry Air, Nitrogen, Argon and Carbon
Dioxide, the flow sensor can also be ordered with an in-built regulating valve as a standard option.
New MEMS flow switch for accurate low flow performance
Developed to detect microchip component adsorption in vacuum and early clogging in both filter
and nozzle applications, our new Series PFM7 Flow Switch really is extremely compact and lightweight thanks to its advanced micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) sensor. With an integrated flow
adjustment valve, which can be added or disconnected by removing its retaining clip, linear flow rate can be adjusted manually by simply rotating the flow rate adjustment knob. Further design
features include a dual colour digital display to help indicate performance irregularities at a glance and due to its MEMS sensor, both straight or elbow piping options are possible when space
limitations are an issue. The PFM7 range is available in four maximum flow rate options 10, 25, 50 and 100 l/min and is suitable for use with air, nitrogen, argon or carbon dioxide.
New portable Ionizer offers outstanding static removal and control
Applications generating harmful levels of static electricity now have the ideal solution
following the launch of our new portable fan type ionizer -Series IZF10. Extremely compact and lightweight and without the need of a compressed air supply, this fan type Ionizer is suitable for a
wide range of applications including workbench mounting. Series IZF10 achieves and ion balance of ±13V, or less, and is available in a low noise type (29dB(A)) or a fast static removal type (1.5
seconds). Fitted with two alarm functions, plus a trimmer for adjusting the ion balance, monitoring the Series IZF10´s operating performance cannot be easier and ease of on-site maintenance has
also been considered as it is also possible to clean the Ionizers electrodes by simply removing the cartridge case.
