All international orders require a valid shipping courier account number to export from the US to your location. The valid couriers we use consist of UPS, FedEx or DHL.
We also accept TNT as a courier; however, you will have to set up the pickup with TNT once your order is ready.

Shipping Policy |
99% of our orders ship complete within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, with the exception of any item that states otherwise. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on the following Monday. All "Air" orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. EST will usually ship that same day. Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday. *Please note that our pick-ups for delivery are Mon-Fri only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option. UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. If your shipping address is different than your billing address then there may be a delay in your order for verification purposes. You can expedite this process by making sure your shipping address is on file with your credit card company. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. All returns or exchanges must be new, unused and in the original box and packaging. Partial-Shipping option is subject to extra shipping charges. Please contact your sales professional to request an RMA (Return Materials Request) as only returns bearing an RMA will be received. All items must be in new saleable condition in the original SMC packaging. Credits will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
