SMC has a range of standard, made to order, and specialized cylinders with a combination of stainless steel construction, water resistant seals, and special rod scrapers designed to prevent corrosion from exposure to water or coolant.

PSE570 remote pressure sensors offer positive pressure ranges from 500 kPa to 10 MPa, with increased proof pressures and a higher withstand voltage for improved durability in unpredictable conditions. A nickel-plated C3604 brass port and ceramic sensor impart compatibility with a wide range of liquids and gases. An analog V or mA signal ouput is transmitted over a cable with an M12 connector. Accuracy is ±1% full scale for pressure below 1 MPa and ±2.5% for higher ranges. PSE570 sensors are CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.

Sensor monitors have an informative, easy to read 3 screen, 3 color display. Connect any PSE series remote pressure sensor to acquire its analog input. Alternately, the range input function can scale any 1-5V or 4-20mA signal from another sensor type to a display value from -1500 to 1500. View the sensor's measured value on the main screen, while also viewing a variety of secondary data on the sub-screens, including switch set point value, level meter, character string for labeling and more. A copy function allows master settings to be applied to up to 10 target sensors. Additional functions include selectable NPN/PNP outputs, anti-chatter, error codes, power saving, key lock, security code and others. PSE300A is CE, C-RU-US and RoHS compliant, with an IP40 enclosure rating.

LFE is a digital flow sensor for water and non-corrosive conductive liquids. While the PF3W sensors detect flow using the Karman vortex principle, LFE applies Faraday's law of induction. There are no obstacles or moving parts in the flow path, yielding a smaller pressure loss which saves pumping energy. Detectable liquids have fewer viscosity restraints. Finally, the flow direction can be changed after installation. The 2-screen, 3-color display can show the measured value in the primary screen, while viewing a variey of secondary data in the sub-screen. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Options include a mounting bracket and M12 lead wire. Piping connections are C37 brass as standard, while the -X8 option offers 304 stainless steel. LFE is IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

Series SGC coolant valve, with both CE and RoHS accreditation, provides the perfect solution for high speed machining. Due to the SGC’s unique scraper, squeeze seal, grease channel and dry bearing construction, the valve’s service life will exceed 5 million cycles. The introduction of a built-in magnet allows auto switches to be fitted, enabling confirmation of whether the valve is open or closed.

The SGH 2 port high pressure coolant valve for coolant liquid (up to 3MPa/7MPa) is ideal for lubrication, dust blowing and cooling. It is available as solenoid and air operated the flow rate ranges from Cv of 1.8 to 6.5.

Suitable for low flow rate and low pressure filtration, the FGD industrial filter series can be used with a wide range of fluids. Two models, the FGDE and FGDF have antistatic specifications.

Suitable for large flow rate filtration with low pressure drop, the FGF industrial bag filter series can be used for a wide range of applications.

Quick change filter series FQ1 requires no tools for replacement of the element. Element replacement, including removing liquid, can be accomplished in less than 2 minutes. Element sizes include 125mm, 250mm and 500mm. Materials include PP, cotton, SUS304 (epoxy resin) and SUS316 (nickel solder). Other elements are available as made-to-order.

FH series suction filters are compact and lightweight. Designed with an aluminum casted housing. Element can be replaced by simply opening the cover to detach the element without touching the pipes. The filter can be fitted with a differential pressure indicator which senses when the element is becoming dirty, facilitating maintenance and helping to avoid pump damage such as cavitations. The FHG series suction guard was designed to prevent collected dust from falling into the tank. Since all dust is eliminated during trial operation, it is not necessary to replace flushing oil. Options include differential pressure indicator, differential pressure indication switch, air breezer, and cap.
