ISA3-L, Digital Gap Sensor
2 Screen 3 Color, IP67 with IO-Link
The ISA3-L is an IO-Link compatible version of SMC's ISA3 digital gap checker. A gap checker uses air pressure to verify the presence and proximity of a workpiece. Applications include confirmation of raw material placement before machining or other fabrication operations, or the correct seating of a component into a jig or fixture to trigger the next assembly sequence. ISA3-L includes features like 2 sensors detect supply and outlet pressure, to help determine whether and where this is a clog. NPN or PNP switch type is selectable electronically. The sub-screen has been divided into 2 screens, to display more information or finer resolution. The lower limit of the setting range can be extended down to zero. IO-Link communication expands functionality. Gap size, supply and outlet pressure are available as 16-bit integers. 6 bits and settings monitor 2 switch outputs. 2 additional bits are available for pressure and error diagnosis. Settings can be stored by the IO-Link master to copy automatically when replacing or deploying multiples. ISA3-L is CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP67 enclosure rating.
PSE540 Remote Analog Pressure

PSE540 is a remote pressure sensor with a 1 to 5V analog signal output. This sensor's construction optimizes space savings, for tight, constrained spaces. The rated pressure range is suitable for a standard pneumatic system. PSE sensors can measure pressure of any non-corrosive, non-flammable gas. 8 different port options offer tremendous adaptability to various applications. The cable is molded into the sensor head and is not replaceable. PSE540 is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP40 enclosure.
PSE550 Remote Analog Pressure Sensor,
Low Differential Pressure
PSE550 is a remote sensor for measuring small differences in pressure between two sources. The sensor can function in small vacuum and positive pressure applications, detecting differential pressure from 0-2 kPa, within a -50 to 50 kPa range. PSE sensors can measure pressure of any non-corrosive, non-flammable gas. Pipe connections are made with ø4mm I.D. pneumatic tubing. An orange LED indicates the sensor is on. The sensor can be direct mounted, or mounted on an optional bracket. PSE550 is UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP40 enclosure rating.
PSE570, Remote Analog Pressure

PSE570 remote pressure sensors offer positive pressure ranges from 500 kPa to 10 MPa, with increased proof pressures and a higher withstand voltage for improved durability in unpredictable conditions. A nickel-plated C3604 brass port and ceramic sensor impart compatibility with a wide range of liquids and gases. An analog V or mA signal ouput is transmitted over a cable with an M12 connector. Accuracy is ±1% full scale for pressure below 1 MPa and ±2.5% for higher ranges. PSE570 sensors are CE and RoHS compliant, with an IP65 enclosure rating.

Pressure sensor monitor are informative, easy to read 3 screen and 3 color display. Connect up to 4 PSE series remote pressure sensors, then select a channel to view the sensor’s measured value on the main screen. Alternately, the range input function can scale any 1-5V signal from another sensor type to a display value from -1500 to 1500.

IS3000 is a mechanical pressure switch for applications where an electronic switch is unsuitable, or when it is desirable to trigger an electrical device when the set point is reached. This mechanical switch offers excellent hysteresis and repeatability. The circuit can be wired normally open or closed, with either AC or DC voltage and an optional micro load amperage. Optional indicator lights are also available. Any non-corrosive, non-flammable gas can be monitored. IP40 enclosure rating.
ISG Mechanical Pressure Switch

ISG is a mechanical pressure switch for applications where an electronic switch is unsuitable, or when it is desirable to trigger an electrical device when the set point is reached. ISG offers excellent repeatability and adjustable hysteresis. The circuit can be wired normally open or closed, with either AC or DC voltage for a range of inductive or non-inductive loads. Choose bronze/brass or 316 stainless steel wetted parts to monitor vacuum for a range of gases and liquids. CE compliant option, with IP40 or IP44 enclosure rating. Model with indicator light also available.

PFMB is a digital flow sensor compatible with air and nitrogen. Its thermal sensor is protected in a bypass flow path to reduce contact with moisture and contaminants, avoiding accuracy deterioration and damage. Dimensions and weight have been reduced dramatically compared to the legacy PF2A. The 4-digit LED display can be red or green, changing when a set point is reached. Either instantaneous or accumulated flow can be shown. Options include cable connector type, and bracket mount. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. PFMB is IP40 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.
PFMC, Digital Air Flow Sensor, 2-Screen

Series PFMC digital flow switch provides continuous quantitative feedback as well as switched signal outputs when set flow levels are measured. The PFMC is suitable for applications requiring a metered quantity of air, such as for spray painting, filling accumulation, or fixed supply consumption. Enhanced features differentiate the PFMC from the closest releated SMC product, the PFMB. The PFMC display has 2 screen and offers main screen characters in red or green, while the sub screen characters are white. The display can also be rotated in both clockwise and couter-clockwise directions, thereby offering better visibility during operation. The PFMC also meets IP65 enclosure protection standards and is both RoHS and CE compliant.

PF2A7 is a digital flow sensor compatible with air and nitrogen. This is a legacy sensor, with refreshed feature sets offered by the newer PFMB and PFMC sensors. The 3-digit LED display can show either instantaneous or accumulated flow. The mounting bracket is integrated into the body, while the M12 lead wire is optional. 2 switch outputs are included, with an LED indicator for each located below the display. PF2A is IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

LFE, Digital Liquid Flow Sensor,

LFE is a digital flow sensor for water and non-corrosive conductive liquids. While the PF3W sensors detect flow using the Karman vortex principle, LFE applies Faraday's law of induction. There are no obstacles or moving parts in the flow path, yielding a smaller pressure loss which saves pumping energy. Detectable liquids have fewer viscosity restraints. Finally, the flow direction can be changed after installation. The 2-screen, 3-color display can show the measured value in the primary screen, while viewing a variey of secondary data in the sub-screen. Two outputs are available, including two switch signals, or a switch and analog signal. Options include a mounting bracket and M12 lead wire. Piping connections are C37 brass as standard, while the -X8 option offers 304 stainless steel. LFE is IP65 rated, and CE and RoHS compliant.

CEU5 utilizes a RS-232C communication system which allows multiple counters to be linked together (each counter has a unique address, 1-99. BCD output, which allows the counter to be connected to a panel display, is available as a standard option.
