VXE, Energy Saving Type, 2 Port Solenoid Valve (Single Unit)
SMC has developed the VXE series energy saving type, 2 port solenoid valve to help with environmental issues.  The PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method was used to allow for less power consumption.  By reducing the energy consumption we have also reduced the heat produced by the coil. This series is available in three styles VXE directed operated, VXED pilot operated, and VXEZ zero differential pressure type pilot operated.   These valves are normally closed, 12 or 24VDC and are available for air, water, or oil applications.
